Your transfers to and from Joali Being will be booked by the resort based on your international flight arrivaldeparture flight.

On your arrival, our hosts at Velana International Airport will meet you at the arrival area holding our Joali board who will then assist you to the seaplane check-in counter. After check-in, our team will escort you to our lounge at the airportyou will be able to rest, relax, and enjoy refreshments while waiting for the seaplane to be ready to board.

Please note that we require your international flight numbers no later than 7 days prior to arrival in order to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

All flight schedules are received one day prior to the date of transfer.
Duration: approximately 40 minutes between Male’ airport and JOALI BEING. Please note that seaplanes may make a stop in another resort en-route. The journey time may therefore exceed 40 minutes based on the flight schedule. For maximum comfort, we recommend booking a private seaplane which flies directly tofrom our island.
Seaplane company will use its best endeavors to ensure that arriving passengers are departing seaplane airport within 2 hours from the time of check in at seaplane terminal.

Operational Hours: seaplanes are operational only during daytime. Latest international arrival to Male should be 15:30Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
